Investigators say he got of the car and began shooting at the others inside.<\/p>\n<p>Fifty-six-year-old June McCarr died in the car.<\/p>\n<p>The four others fled on foot. Two were wounded and required hospital stays.<\/p>\n<p>Police found Baker nearby. Investigators say he had called 911 and claimed someone stole his car.<\/p>\n<p>Baker\u2019s plea agreement calls for a sentence of 25 to 80 years in prison.
