The plane was scheduled to land again in Togiak before heading to Bethel.<\/p>\n<p>Three people were on board when the plane crashed before its second landing in Togiak, pilots 43-year-old Timothy Cline and 29-year-old Drew Welty and 49-year-old Louie John, a passenger.<\/p>\n<p>The plane crashed 12 miles northwest of Togiak over a steep rocky mountainside.
