Carney, Kevin G. Clarkson, Andrew Guidi, Jahna Lindemuth, Philip Pallenberg, Paul A. Roetman and David Avraham Voluck.<\/p>\n<p>The public hearing begins at 11:45 a.m. today in Anchorage.
