Zach Fansler would plead guilty to a count of harassment in the second degree.<\/p>\n<p>She says a charging document will be filed in court &ldquo;in the near future,&rdquo; noting that court is closed on Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s not clear if the resolution includes any kind of recommended sentence.<\/p>\n<p>Fansler resigned in February after a woman said he hit her so hard it ruptured an eardrum.<\/p>\n<p>A message seeking comment was left with Fansler&rsquo;s attorney Friday.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A former Alaska lawmaker who was accused of hitting a woman earlier this year will plead guilty to a misdemeanor harassment charge as part of a negotiated agreement.
