{"id":15005,"date":"2016-08-23T08:01:37","date_gmt":"2016-08-23T15:01:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spijue.wpengine.com\/news\/suspect-sought-in-anchorage-kidnapping-arrested\/"},"modified":"2016-08-23T08:01:37","modified_gmt":"2016-08-23T15:01:37","slug":"suspect-sought-in-anchorage-kidnapping-arrested","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.juneauempire.com\/news\/suspect-sought-in-anchorage-kidnapping-arrested\/","title":{"rendered":"Suspect sought in Anchorage kidnapping arrested"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>ANCHORAGE \u2014<\/strong> Anchorage police say an 18-year-old man sought in connection with an Anchorage kidnapping has been arrested.<\/p>\n<p>William Burgess was found in Fairbanks and arrested by Fairbanks police.<\/p>\n<p>One other suspect, 24-year-old Serge Azede, remains at large.<\/p>\n<p>Police say Burgess on Aug. 14 abducted a woman at gunpoint, drove her to another location and met up with Azede and 19-year-old Jean Vagao.<\/p>\n<p>Police say the woman was assaulted, tied up, driven near Eklutna Lake and left in a forested area.
