The termination date was twice extended and was due to expire Dec. 31.<\/p>\n<p>Baker said a big part of the benefit that Boykin brought to AGDC was as lead negotiator for the state but he said Boykin doesn\u2019t have that role anymore.<\/p>\n<p>Gov. Bill Walker last month recommended that AGDC use Boykin in a different capacity going forward.
