ANCHORAGE \u2014 An Anchorage strip club is asking a judge to stop a state agency from revoking its liquor license.<\/p>\n
Anchorage television station KTUU reported<\/a> the Alcohol & Marijuana Control Office on July 20 voted unanimously to revoke the liquor license of Fantasies on Fifth.<\/p>\n The municipality of Anchorage and the state Department of Labor protested the license and say the business owes at least $500,000 to about 40 workers.<\/p>\n Three listed club owners could not be reached for comment. Their attorney, Brian Stibitz says in an email he has no comment \u201cat this juncture.\u201d<\/p>\n Stibitz is asking a Superior Court Judge to impose a restraining order against the decision to revoke the license.
