Costs are not to exceed $10,000.<\/p>\n<p>This contract is separate from one signed in July under which Richards is to provide oil and gas consultation. That contract also runs through year\u2019s end and is for up to $50,000.<\/p>\n<p>Richards resigned as attorney general in June.<\/p>\n<p>Kaci Schroeder, an assistant attorney general, says Richards will be available to answer questions from the governor\u2019s office on fiscal matters.<\/p>\n<p>She says it\u2019s not uncommon for agencies to contract with former employees with certain expertise.
