Domestic dispute<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 5:18 a.m. Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department was alerted to a domestic dispute. Officers arrested a 31-year-old man for domestic violence and he was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center without bail. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n Driving while intoxicated<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 2:37 p.m. Tuesday, Juneau Police Department officers arrested a 44-year-old female for driving while intoxicated in the 2000 block of Jordan Avenue. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n False Statement on Sport License<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 On Tuesday, Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited Robert Melanson, 27, for making a false statement on his 2015 sport fish license by claiming to be an Alaska resident at a time that he did not meet Alaska\u2019s resident requirements. Melanson was issued a citation with a $310 fine in Juneau\u2019s District Court.<\/p>\n Fire and medical<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 On Tuesday, Capital City Fire\/Rescue responded to six EMS calls and received one call that was canceled en route. No further action was taken.<\/p>\n Motor vehicle crash<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 7:23 a.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to a motor vehicle collision with minor damage and a 41-year-old man was cited for failing to yield in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive.<\/p>\n No Biodegradable Escape Mechanism<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 On Wednesday, Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited Wade Rogers, 56, for operating a personal use Dungeness crab pot with no biodegradable escape mechanism. Rogers was cited into Juneau\u2019s District Court with a bail amount of $110.<\/p>\n Shoplifting<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 3:36 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a reported shoplifting in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue. Alcohol was involved. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 7:29 p.m. Tuesday, JPD officers cited and released Jessie Jackson, 29, for larceny in the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n Sexual assault<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 7:32 p.m. Tuesday, JPD was alerted to a sexual assault in the Juneau area. Alcohol was involved.
