Editor\u2019s Note: <\/strong>A Daily Incident Report from Capital City Fire\/Rescue was not available by press time. <\/p>\n Assault<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 1:46 a.m. Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of assault in the 1500 block of Thane Road. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n Domestic violence<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 5:28 p.m. Monday, JPD arrested a 41-year-old man for violating the conditions of his release in relation to a domestic violence issue in the Juneau area. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held without bail. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n Fraud<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 2:01 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of fraudulent use of a credit card in the Juneau area. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n Shoplifting<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 11:22 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report that $100 worth of merchandise was stolen from a business in the 1900 block of Dunn Street. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 1:26 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of a stolen $3,5000 ring from a store in the 400 block of Franklin Street. The ring was later discovered in Skagway and returned.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 3:57 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of a stolen iPhone and iPad in the 3600 block of Amalga Street. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 9:26 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of a stolen rifle in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 11:32 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report that an American flag was stolen from the Dimond Courthouse. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 9:33 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report that $300 worth of fish was stolen and $25 worth of property damage occurred in the 300 block of Franklin Street.<\/p>\n Vandalism<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 4:29 p.m. Monday, a 77-year-old woman reported all four tires on her truck were slashed in the 4100 block of Aspen Avenue. She told police her 46-year-old son uses her truck and the incident occurred after her son had a dispute with a man over money.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 9:51 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report that approximately $1,000 worth of damage was sustained to an office window sometime during the prior night in the 100 block of Fourth Street.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" This report contains public information available to the Empire from law enforcement agencies.
