Anthony Wallace and Officer Matthew Tokuoka.<\/p>\n<p>A memorial for the victims was recently dedicated nearby.<\/p>\n<p>Culp said the memorial would be better placed at the Hoonah Police Department where the problem started.<\/p>\n<p>The sign said in part that department\u2019s harassment of the mentally ill equals \u201cdeceased cops.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Juneau Empire had reported that a judge reversed a ruling that Marvin was incompetent to stand trial.<\/p>\n<p>Hoonah Police Wm.
