Assault<\/p>\n
\u2022 At 10:44 a.m. Saturday, Amoni Serugo Boaz, 28, was arrested for assault, criminal mischief and reckless driving in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. Boaz was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n
Burglary<\/p>\n
\u2022 At 1:48 p.m. Friday, an investigation continued into a reported burglary in the 900 block of C Street.<\/p>\n
\u2022 At 9 a.m. Saturday, an investigation continued into a reported burglary and theft of artwork in the 200 block of Franklin Street.<\/p>\n
\u2022 At 7:26 a.m. Sunday, a 61-year-old woman reported a burglary in the 9000 block of Glacier Highway. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n
Disturbance<\/p>\n
\u2022 At 1:03 a.m. Sunday, a 30-year-old man was arrested for assaulting a 27-year-old woman in the Juneau area. The man was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n
Domestic dispute<\/p>\n
\u2022 At 8:30 p.m. Friday, police investigated a domestic dispute in the downtown area.<\/p>\n
Domestic violence<\/p>\n
\u2022 At 7:48 p.m. Friday, a 36-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence-related assault in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. The man was taken to LCCC and held without bail.<\/p>\n
\u2022 At 6:02 a.m. Sunday, a man (age not provided) was arrested for domestic violence assault and criminal mischief in the Juneau area.<\/p>\n
Found property<\/p>\n
\u2022 At 7:17 p.m. Saturday, a Jansport hiking pack was found and placed into safekeeping at JPD.<\/p>\n
Shoplifting<\/p>\n
\u2022 At 3:41 p.m. Friday, Joseph Rivera, 24, shoplifted from Fred Meyer and was arrested on a $50 dollar warrant. He was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n
\u2022 At 7:42 a.m. Saturday, an investigation continued into a report of shoplifting from a local business in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard.<\/p>\n
\u2022 At 5:12 p.m. Saturday, Brandon Stephens, 32, was arrested for 2nd degree theft for stealing $813.65 in merchandise from a business in the 8700 block of Glacier Highway. He was taken to LCCC and held without bail.<\/p>\n
Theft<\/p>\n
\u2022 At 12:25 p.m. Friday, a 68-year-old man reported a stolen bicycle in the Juneau area.<\/p>\n
Vandalism<\/p>\n
\u2022 At 3:15 p.m. Saturday, a 38-year-old woman reported vandalism to an apartment window in the 3300 block of Nowell Avenue.<\/p>\n
Vehicle accident<\/p>\n
\u2022 At 8:38 a.m. Saturday, an investigation continued into a report of a motor vehicle accident resulting in damage near Egan and Riverside drives.<\/p>\n
Vehicle impounded<\/p>\n
\u2022 At 8:46 p.m. Saturday, police impounded a vehicle for safekeeping in the 11000 block of Glacier Highway.<\/p>\n
