Anyone listed in this report is presumed innocent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"u11c8\"><strong><span class=\"uac\">Burglary<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"u11c8\"><span class=\"u5d\">\u2022 At 2:15 a.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of a burglary in the 8200 block of Birch Lane. Investigation continues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"u11c8\"><strong><span class=\"uac\">Conditions violation <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"u11c8\"><span class=\"u5d\">\u2022 At 4:05 a.m. Wednesday, JPD arrested a 30-year-old man in the Mendenhall Valley on two counts of violating a domestic violence protective order.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"u11c8\"><strong><span class=\"u5d\">Motor vehicle crash<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"u11c8\"><span class=\"u5d\">\u2022 At 8:40 a.m. Wednesday, JPD cited Joseph Hosey, 42, for failure to maintain a safe distance after he rear-ended a Jeep, totaling the vehicle and sending its driver to Bartlett Regional Hospital. Icy roads were a factor in the collision.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"u11c8\"><strong><span class=\"u5d\">Shoplifting<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"u11c8\"><span class=\"u5d\">\u2022 At 8:20 a.m. Wednesday, JPD cited Jeremiah Houston, 30, for shoplifting $120 worth of tools. Police released Houston. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"u11c8\"><strong><span class=\"uac\">Theft<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"u11c8\"><span class=\"u5d\">\u2022 At 2:08 p.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of a possible theft in the 8300 block of Nugget Drive. Investigation continues. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"u11c8\"><span class=\"u5d\">\u2022 At 8:40 p.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of a stolen computer. A 20-year-old man reported that his laptop had been stolen from his unlocked vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"u11c8\"><strong><span class=\"u5d\">Trespassing<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"u11c8\"><span class=\"u5d\">\u2022 At 7:17 p.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of criminal trespass. Investigation continues. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"u11c8\"><strong><span class=\"u5d\">Vandalism<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"u11c8\"><span class=\"u5d\">\u2022 At 8:05 a.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of vehicle vandalism in the 1700 block of Anka Street. Investigation continues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"u11c8\"><strong><span class=\"u5d\">Vehicle rifling <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"u11c8\"><span class=\"u5d\">\u2022 Just after noon on Tuesday, JPD responded to a report of vehicle rifling in the 2500 block of Sunset Drive.
