He was swimming in the river with a woman on Tuesday when he did not resurface. Police got a 911 call at about 5:50 p.m. that came from the river bank of a farm.<\/p>\n<p>McWilliams was spotted at about 7:20 p.m. in about 8 to 10 feet of water and was recovered by divers. He was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Gov. Maggie Hassan said in a statement she was saddened to learn of McWilliams\u2019 death.
