He had been last seen the day before leaving The Hub convenience store in Glennallen.<\/p>\n<p>Volunteer searchers found him early Sunday night.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers said Cumbie was driving south and was unable to negotiate a sweeping left-hand curve.<\/p>\n<p>His motorcycle ran off the road into a wooded area.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers said speed likely was a factor in the crash.<\/p>\n<p>An autopsy has been scheduled.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ANCHORAGE \u2014 A Valdez man reported missing last week has been found dead along the Richardson Highway.
