Participants are invited to bring old books to cut up and scrapbook materials such as stamps and punches. This workshop will happen on Thursdays, Nov. 10, 17, and Dec. 1, 8, from 6-8:30 p.m. It costs $195 and includes all needed materials.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeginning Jewelry\u201d with Rowan Law teaches students how to solder, saw, file, texture and rivet using silver and base metals. Projects will include a silver ring, and\/or a pair of silver earrings or a simple pendant using the various techniques learned in class. This class happens on Saturday, Nov. 12 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. It costs $195 and includes all materials.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCups &amp; Mugs\u201d with Alex Botelho teaches students how to make a variety of styles of cups and mugs. There will be a special focus on techniques such as customizing lips, feet, body space and handles. Previous wheel throwing experience recommended. This is a two-part class.
