Troopers say 45-year-old Gene Boyda was seriously injured and was transported to a local hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers said Lakey was heading north in a pickup truck and Boyda was southbound in a pickup when the two trucks collided head-on in the centerline.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers said Lakey was not wearing a seatbelt.
