The project also includes paving the wayside parking lot.<\/p>\n<p>In order to facilitate the project, the parking lot will be used for equipment and material staging throughout the winter, the release stated. <\/p>\n<p>The parking lot and the launch ramp will reopen at the conclusion of the project in early June. <\/p>\n<p>The city would like to apologize for any inconvenience.<\/p>\n<p>For more information on the project, contact Danielle Ryder with DOT at 465-1323 or Brice Iverson with Secon at 321-2637.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Auke Lake Wayside parking lot and the boat launch are closed for the season beginning today, Oct. 19, according to a release from the City and Borough of Juneau this week.
