Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 1:57 a.m. Friday, JPD remanded Samuel Burrous, 38, to Lemon Creek Correctional Center after his probation officer requested a portable breath test that revealed a 0.101 percent breath alcohol concentration.<\/p>\n Sex crime<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 2:27 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of a sex crime.<\/p>\n Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 12:23 a.m. Friday, JPD received a report of a burglary on Thane Road. The investigation continues.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 9:08 a.m. Friday, JPD received a report of theft from a vehicle in the 800 block of Glacier Avenue. The investigation continues.<\/p>\n Traffic stop<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 10:36 p.m. on Thursday, JPR impounded a gold 1994 Subaru Legacy for safekeeping after the driver was deemed unsafe to drive due to a portable breath test that showed .10 percent breath alcohol concentration in the 100 block of Mill Street. No citation was issued.<\/p>\n Trespassing<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 9:20 a.m. Friday, JPD arrested Dirk Daughtery, 35, and Danielle Roher, 26, for criminal trespassing in the 300 block of Fourth Street. Daughtery was summoned to appear in court and released at the scene.
