Assault<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 9:10 a.m. Saturday, the Juneau Police Department investigated a reported assault and trespass in the 500 block of Franklin Street. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 5:54 p.m. Saturday, Alan Lee, 30, was arrested for assaulting a police officer and criminal trespass in the 300 block of Whittier Street.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 10 p.m. Saturday, investigation continues into a report of assault on Shattuck Way. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 1:01 a.m. Sunday, JPD investigated an assault. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 2:52 p.m. Sunday, Johnny Frank Wilson, 24, was arrested for assault in the 100 block of Franklin Street. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n

Conditions violation<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 4:41 p.m. Friday, Levi Harriman, 31, was cited and released for violating his conditions of release in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n

Disorderly conduct<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 5:49 p.m. Saturday, Peter Jose Richard Gutierrez, 41, was cited and released for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief on Egan Drive.<\/p>\n

Domestic violence<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 7:35 p.m. Friday, JPD investigated a report of domestic violence assault. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n

Fire and medical<\/p>\n

\u2022 On Friday, Capital City Fire\/Rescue responded to seven EMS calls, a pallet fire inside a building on Franklin Street at 7:31 a.m. and extinguished it, a fire alarm triggered by building maintenance at the Sealaska building, at 8:39 a.m., four medical transport calls, a large column of smoke on Douglas fat 11:19 a.m. and found that the property owners were in compliance of burn permit, and false call regarding smoke from a cigarette receptacle on Livingston Avenue at 11:14 p.m.<\/p>\n

\u2022 On Saturday, CCFR responded to eight EMS calls, a structure fire on Dogwood Lane that was extinguished at 11:26 a.m., an active fire alarm on 3rd Street that was triggered falsely, a report of black smoke on Mendenhall Loop Road at 6:17 p.m. that could not be found, and one medical transport call.<\/p>\n

\u2022 On Sunday, CCFR responded to 10 EMS calls, an unauthorized burn on Village Street at 3:03 a.m., a report of smoke on Willoughby Avenue at 8:05 a.m. (no smoke or fire was found), a false call other than a fire alarm on Front Street at 10:29 a.m., a report of a person who had fallen back into their vehicle and home on Glacier Avenue at 3:25 p.m. and a report of a structure fire on 4th Street wherein JPD determined there was no fire since they were in the area.<\/p>\n

Fraud<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 2:17 p.m. Saturday, JPD investigated a report of fraud in the Juneau area.<\/p>\n

Motor vehicle crash<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 2:57 a.m. Sunday, JPD responded to a damage-only crash in the 12700 block of Douglas Highway. A vehicle in a ditch was impounded.<\/p>\n

Shots fired<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 12:45 p.m. Friday, JPD received a report of shots fired in the 8200 block of Garnet Street. Information only.<\/p>\n

Theft<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 8:17 a.m. Saturday, Dirk Daugherty, 35, was arrested for larceny for stealing about $6 worth of deli items from Super Bear Supermarket.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 4 p.m. Saturday, Kenneth Johnson, 30, was cited and released for larceny and criminal trespass in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. He took $235.94 worth of property.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 4:55 p.m. Saturday, Monika Field, 33, was cited and released for larceny after she stole $362 worth of groceries from Fred Meyer.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 5:50 p.m. Saturday, a 48-year-old man reported the theft of a $25 sweatshirt from his business in the 1700 block of Ralphs Way.<\/p>\n

Vandalism<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 12:24 p.m. Saturday, JPD received a report of vandalism, saying approximately $1,650 worth of property was damaged in the 100 block of Franklin Street.<\/p>\n

Vehicle rifling<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 10:27 p.m. Friday, JPD received a report of a vehicle rifling in the 100 block of Main Street.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 1:55 p.m. Saturday, a 63-year-old woman reported her black purse was stolen from a vehicle in the Juneau area.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 9:57 a.m. Sunday, a 56-year-old man reported his vehicle was rifled through on Sunny Point Way, and a camo bag valued at $50 with miscellaneous items were taken.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
