Only three of Angoon\u2019s players made the scorebook as Kake\u2019s defense matched their scoring ability.<\/p>\n<p>Kake blanked Angoon\u2019s offense in the first period on their way to a 19-point lead. Thunderbird Kyle Dean connected on two three-point field goals in the first while teammate Simon Friday contributed five in the period.<\/p>\n<p>Angoon showed a little offensive life in the second period. The Eagles got to the charity stripe for 10 shots in the quarter, sinking six of those, but were unable to cut into the Thunderbirds\u2019 lead, which remained at 19 points through halftime.<\/p>\n<p>Angoon couldn\u2019t sustain their offense in the third, and was once again held scoreless for an entire period.
