He faces new charges of drug misconduct.<\/p>\n<p>Another resident of the home, 20-year-old Yesenia Cisneros, was arrested on suspicion of drug misconduct.<\/p>\n<p>Online court records did not list attorneys for Clifton and Cisneros.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers and police served a search warrant on Clifton\u2019s home Monday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers said they seized other drugs, drug paraphernalia and more than $23,000 in cash.<\/p>\n<p>Clifton and Cisneros are being held without bail at Wildwood Correctional Facility.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KENAI \u2014 A Kenai man is in custody after Alaska State Troopers and Kenai police seized nearly a half-pound of heroin from his home.
