Police and Capital City Fire\/Rescue arrived at Foodland and another report was made regarding a welfare check of a man near Egan Drive and Channel Vista who was splashing water in his face.<\/p>\n<p>Police contact 29-year-old Timothy James, who was suffering from effects of the chemical spray, and determined he had discharged the spray at Foodland IGA. <\/p>\n<p>James was charged with a misdemeanor assault and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held on $1,500 bail.<\/p>\n<p>During the incident CCFR evaluated and assisted in the decontamination of those that were impacted by the spray, according to JPD, and no injuries were reported.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A 29-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly used pepper spray or something similar inside the downtown Foodland IGA, reported the Juneau Police Department.
