No hometown was given.<\/p>\n<p>The park said in a release that he was transported to park headquarters.<\/p>\n<p>Egen and a friend started a day hike Friday afternoon from the Teklanika Campground.<\/p>\n<p>They separated and then lost sight of each other in foggy conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Egen\u2019s companion searched and didn\u2019t return to the campground until 4 a.m. Saturday, when park rangers were notified.<\/p>\n<p>A search began later that morning that involved more than 50 people, including ground teams, two helicopters and two rescue dogs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DENALI NATIONAL PARK \u2014 A missing hiker has been found in good condition after a two-day search at Denali National Park and Preserve.
