The presentation, focusing on the state&rsquo;s fiscal situation, takes place at noon Thursday at Elizabeth Peratrovich Hall on Willoughby Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>The forum is scheduled to last an hour, and is part of a series of reports and presentations that address an array of important topics to the Native community. Edgmon, who is of Alaska Native ancestry, is a lifelong resident of Dillingham and has spoken quite a bit about the challenges of small fishing communities such as Dillingham.<\/p>\n<p>The event will include a free lunch and is open to the public.
