He is charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of second-degree murder, one count of third-degree assault and two counts of evidence tampering.<\/p>\n<p>Kangas\u2019 father was found guilty in April 2015 of evidence tampering for manipulating the troopers\u2019 bodies and guns after they were shot and killed.
