Assault<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 4:04 p.m. Thursday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of assault between two juveniles in the 3800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. Investigation continues. \u2022 At 1:37 p.m. Thursday, JPD cited and released George W. Nelson III, 49, for criminal trespassing in the 8800 block of Glacier Highway. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n Drug activity<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 2:42 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of drug activity in the 3100 block of Dimond Park Loop. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n Drunken driving<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 12:27 p.m. Friday, JPD arrested Briand Dyer, 27, for driving under the influence in the 9400 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. Dyer provided a sample of his breath, which revealed an alcohol concentration of .197 percent. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center where he was later released on his own recognizance.<\/p>\n Fire and medical<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 On Thursday, Capital City Fire\/Rescue responded to 10 EMS calls, one public service call, two transport calls, one burn complaint, one residential fire handled by the homeowner and one call about a forest fire near Mendenhall Loop Road where a tree was on fire. That incident is under investigation.<\/p>\n Sex crime<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 2:05 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of a sexual assault in the Juneau area.
