All around the state, the Department of Health and Social Services is hosting community discussions surrounding the state’s opioid epidemic. This Tuesday, it’s Juneau’s turn.<\/p>\n
From 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Elizabeth Peratrovich Hall, experts from the Alaska Office of Substance Misuse and Addiction Prevention will facilitate a discussion about Juneau’s response to opioid misuse. This series of meetings is meant to better inform the state’s response to opioid use across the state.<\/p>\n
