Assault<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 At 4:07 p.m. Saturday, the Juneau Police Department arrested William Fleming, 22, for assault in the 5100 block of Glacier Highway. Officers took him to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center where he was held in lieu of a $1,000 bail. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 11:34 p.m. Saturday, JPD received a report of assault in the 1700 block of Glacier Avenue. Alcohol was involved. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 7:20 p.m. Saturday, JPD received a report of assault in the 100 block of Savikko Road. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 12:53 p.m. Sunday, JPD received a report of assault in the 100 block of Franklin Street. Alcohol was involved. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n

Burglary<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 At 5:08 p.m. Sunday, JPD received a report of burglary in the 1900 block of Davis Avenue. A violin was reportedly stolen.<\/p>\n

Conditions violation<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 At 2:22 a.m. Sunday, JPD cited and released Thomas Bell, 54, for violating conditions of his release on Ferry Way. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n

Disorderly conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 At 10:34 p.m. Saturday, JPD arrested John Woodard III, 49, for disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Marine Way. Officers took Woodard to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n

Domestic dispute<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 At 2:57 p.m. Saturday, JPD received a report of a domestic violence restraining order violation via Facebook messaging in the Juneau area.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 8:47 p.m. Saturday, JPD received a report of a domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. Alcohol was involved. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 9:31 p.m. Sunday, JPD received a report of domestic violence criminal mischief in the Juneau area. Approximately $300 in damage was caused to an interior door. Alcohol was involved. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 11:17 p.m. Sunday, JPD arrested a 22-year-old male for a domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. Police took him to LCCC where he was held without bail. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 1:23 a.m. Monday, JPD arrested a 34-year-old male for a domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. Police took him to LCCC where he was held without bail.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 5:06 a.m. Monday, JPD arrested a 52-year-old male for a domestic violence assault. Police took him to LCCC.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 7:25 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of domestic violence in the Juneau area. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n

Drug activity<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 At 2:36 p.m. Sunday, Alaska State Troopers arrested Timothy Wyzykowski, 53, during a traffic stop near mile 15 of Glacier Highway when troopers discovered he was in possession of methamphetamine, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while his license was suspended. Wyzykowski refused to submit to a chemical test. Troopers took Wyzykowski to LCCC.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 2:36 p.m. Sunday, AST arrested Antoinette Koenig, 30, during a traffic stop near mile 15 of Glacier Highway when troopers discovered Koenig was in possession of methamphetamine. Troopers took Koenig to LCCC.<\/p>\n

Fraud<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 At 2:30 p.m. Monday, JPD assisted another agency with a report of fraud in the Juneau area.<\/p>\n

Harassment<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 At 1:21 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of harassment in the Juneau area. Alcohol was involved. A confidential investigation continues.<\/p>\n

Motor vehicle crash<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 At 2:11 p.m. Saturday, JPD cited Kathleen Kahklen, 78, for unsafe backing after crashing into a 2004 Ford Explorer in the 8800 block of Nancy Street. Her 2000 Subaru suffered approximately $2,000 in damage and the Explorer, driven by a 38-year-old male, suffered $4,000 in damage. No injuries were reported.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 8:10 p.m. Sunday, JPD cited Tera Cook, 26, for failure to exercise due care after the vehicle she was driving on Kiowa Drive collided with a parked car. Cook\u2019s vehicle sustained approximately $5,000 in damage and the other vehicle sustained about $2,000 in damage.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 7:44 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a single-vehicle rollover accident with no injuries in the 8300 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.<\/p>\n

Shoplifting<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 At 7:05 p.m. Saturday, an unknown male stole and later returned a bottle of alcohol worth $16.99 in the 400 block of Whittier Street. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n

Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 At 2:17 p.m. Saturday, JPD received a report that a rifle was stolen in the 8400 block of Valley Boulevard. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 10:43 a.m. Sunday, JPD received a report of stolen tools from a residence in the 5000 block of Douglas Highway. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 9:37 a.m. Monday, JPD received a report that a 2007 Ford Focus was stolen in the Juneau area. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 7:29 a.m. Tuesday, a 53-year-old male reported the theft of a $2,000 Lowrance Fish Finder from his boat in the 2800 block of Peters Lane.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 12:49 p.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of theft in the 10200 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n

Trespassing<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 At 7:19 a.m. Monday, JPD cited and released David Rose Jr., 50, for criminal trespassing at Foodland IGA in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n

Vandalism<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 At 8:07 p.m. Saturday, an unknown person broke a large window at Bullwinkle\u2019s Pizza Parlor in the 300 block of Willoughby Avenue. The window is valued at approximately $1,000.<\/p>\n

Vehicle rifling<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 At 8:42 p.m. Saturday, JPD received a report that a black pump shotgun was stolen from inside a vehicle in the 1100 block of Calhoun Avenue.<\/p>\n

Warrant served<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 At 11:03 p.m. Saturday, JPD arrested Torrel Perry, 19, on three $100 AST warrants in the 200 block of Front Street. The warrants were for failure to appear on original charges of consuming alcohol under 21, a violation of Perry\u2019s conditions of release; minor consuming or possessing alcohol; and false information. Officers additionally charged Perry with assault and resisting arrest and took him to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 11:29 p.m. Saturday, JPD arrested Steven Douglas Muetze, 53, in the 8700 block of Mallard Street on an outstanding $500 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of larceny. Police took Muetze to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At 2:03 p.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Joseph Yaletchko, 44, on a $500 outstanding warrant for failure to appear. Police took Yaletchko to LCCC.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
