Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disturbance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 2:20 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to a report of disturbance on Marine Way. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Domestic violence<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 8:35 p.m. Sunday, JPD investigated a domestic violence incident.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 9:40 p.m. Sunday, JPD received a report of a speaker stolen from AT&amp;T in the 9400 block of Glacier Highway. Estimated value was $99.<\/p>\n<p>At 10:43 p.m. Sunday, JPD investigated a reported burglary in the 1000 block of Salmon Creek Lane.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant arrest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 12:11 p.m. Sunday, Justin Osbakken, 26, was arrested on a felony parole warrant in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.
