Anyone listed in this report is presumed innocent.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Burglary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 12:54 a.m. Thursday, the Juneau Police Department investigated a burglary alarm in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road. False alarm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions violation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 4:28 p.m. Wednesday, JPD investigated a reported violation of a domestic violence protective order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fire and medical<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 On Wednesday, Capital City Fire\/Rescue responded to seven EMS calls, two medical transport calls, a fire alarm triggered by the steam from a shower on Nowell Avenue at 9:41 a.m., and a service call to a residence on Glacier Highway to test the air for carbon monoxide at 3:12 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Remand<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 7:12 a.m. Thursday, JPD assisted Juneau Probation Office and remanded Christopher Waterhouse to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shots fired<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 6:34 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to Sheep Creek in the 4400 block of Thane Road for a report of someone firing a weapon in the direction of people on the beach. Unable to locate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suicidal subject<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 3:01 a.m. Thursday, JPD transported a 19-year-old male suicidal subject to Bartlett Regional Hospital. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspicious activity\/vehicle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 4:26 a.m. Thursday, JPD responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 1200 block of Harbor Way and impounded a vehicle for safekeeping.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 1:11 p.m. Wednesday, JPD investigated a reported theft in the 3900 block of Portage Boulevard.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 4:55 p.m. Wednesday, JPD investigated a reported theft from a residence in the 8400 block of Thunder Mountain Road.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This report contains public information available to the Empire from law enforcement and public safety agencies.
