Car pooling is strongly encouraged as there is limited parking at the creek. <\/p>\n<p>Participants can choose between the 4-mile &ldquo;Mud Course&rdquo; and 7-mile &ldquo;Mountain and Mud Course.&rdquo; Both courses will take racers across the Mendenhall Wetlands to a flag on the Airport Dike Trail before having them return to the island. <\/p>\n<p>Pre-registration is going on now on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ultrasignup.com\" target=\"_blank\">ultrasignup.com<\/a>.
