Plastic trim near the hood and windshield also could be damaged.<\/p>\n<p>Police describe the driver as a slender, white, 5-foot-4-inch tall man. He wore a white baseball cap and gray jacket.<\/p>\n<p>He was with a thin white woman in her 20s.
