She said the assessment of McGraw\u2019s property was the same as other properties affected by the Aug. 18 landslide on Kramer Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>But McGraw had argued that the property has no value because it\u2019s in a high risk landslide area and the city won\u2019t allow a structure to be rebuilt there.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SITKA \u2014 Sitka officials have voted to uphold the city assessor\u2019s figure on the taxable value of a home that was destroyed by a deadly landslide last summer.
