Breakfast and lunch are offered for free, and anyone is welcome.<\/p>\n<p>Community members and representatives from various local organizations will be providing services for attendees, including haircuts, legal services, veteran support, birth certificates, transportation, food, PFD and voter registration, flu shots and more. Attendees can get pointed in the right direction for housing as well.<\/p>\n<p>According to 2017 numbers, Juneau has the highest rate of homelessness of any city in the state. A <a href=\"https:\/\/public.tableau.com\/profile\/publish\/2017Point-in-TimeCount\/Sheet1#!\/publish-confirm\" target=\"_blank\">Point in Time Count<\/a> revealed that 215 people were either on the streets, in shelters or in transitional housing as of early 2017.
