Disorderly conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 9:29 p.m. Tuesday, 50-year-old Charles Green was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive, and he was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n Domestic dispute<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 10:01 p.m. Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department received a report that a 28-year-old woman damaged property belonging to a 38-year-old man. Domestic.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 4:02 a.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to a domestic disturbance. Alcohol was involved. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n Fire and medical<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 On Tuesday, Capital City Fire\/Rescue responded to seven EMS calls, two transport calls, an agency assist call on Egan Drive, a false medical alarm activation on Atlin Drive, a smoke investigation on Randall Road and a fire alarm malfunction on Glacier Highway.<\/p>\n Indecent exposure<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 3:19 a.m. Wednesday, 37-year-old Alberta Kulowiyi and 51-year-old David Waits were both cited and released for open lewdness in the 300 block of Eighth Street. Unknown if alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n Sport fishing violation<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 On Sept. 13, Alaska Wildlife Troopers contacted 57-year-old Brian Dulka of Juneau for sport fishing in Cowee Creek. Investigation revealed he retained three coho salmon when the daily bag limit is two coho. He was issued a $100 citation and the third coho was seized.<\/p>\n Suicidal subject<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 8:01 a.m. Wednesday, confidential response to a suicidal subject. <\/p>\n Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 2:40 p.m. Tuesday, 70-year-old Bonnie Lowe was arrested for larceny in the 9100 block of Douglas Highway. She was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 3:35 p.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of a stolen Yamaha steel grey kicker boat motor in the 700 block of 10th Street. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, an unknown man and woman entered a business in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard and stole approximately $300 worth of grocery items.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 2:10 p.m. Tuesday, an 18-year-old woman reported the fraudulent use of her credit cards. Information only.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 10:44 a.m. Wednesday, investigation continues into a report of theft in the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue.<\/p>\n Trespassing<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 11:47 a.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of trespassing in the 1700 block of Douglas Highway and arrested 28-year-old Mark Hutter for violating a stalking protective order. He was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n Vandalism<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 12 p.m. Tuesday, a 47-year-old man reported vandalism to his apartment building in the 100 block of Franklin street. Domestic.<\/p>\n Warrant arrest<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 On Monday, Alaska Wildlife Troopers contacted 21-year-old John Toutai of Juneau on a traffic stop and found out he had a $100 JPD warrant out for his arrest.
