Lynn Gattis introduced her bill during a House Education Committee meeting Wednesday, saying that her intent is to crackdown on such groups gaining access to children.<\/p>\n<p>Gattis\u2019 bill is a companion to one Wasilla Sen. Mike Dunleavy has been working to get passed.<\/p>\n<p>The bills include penalties for violators. Teachers could be fired, doctors could face sanctions from the State Medical Board and abortion services providers could be liable for civil penalties.<\/p>\n<p>Another bill from Dunleavy passed the Senate and is scheduled to be heard by a House committee Thursday.
