Cowper named Patty Kastelic \u2014 who ran Cowper\u2019s Fairbanks base, was president of the Fairbanks\u2019 Women In Crisis-Counseling and Assistance Shelter and was a member of the National Organization for Women \u2014 was put in charge of coordinating Cowper\u2019s daily meeting schedule.<\/p>\n
