Five qualifying rounds sent four teams to the finals: Bro-bots + 1 (Thunder Mountain High School), Wired Wolves (Sitka), Genetic Advantage (TMHS) and Team Duct Tape (TMHS).<\/p>\n<p>Bro-bots+1 and Genetic Advantage were the alliance winners for the competition. The Inspire Award went to Bro-bots+1, the Think Award (engineering notebook) went to Genetic Advantage and the Connect Award (community outreach) went to Team Duct Tape.<\/p>\n<p>All four of these teams will advance to state Feb. 20 to face 32 other teams in Eagle River.
