Police also arrested an 18-year-old.<\/p>\n<p>Police say Fisher shortly before 4:30 a.m. pointed a gun at a man leaving an apartment and said he wanted property back. The man fled.<\/p>\n<p>Police say Fisher and the younger man broke into the apartment. They asked a second man for Fisher\u2019s property and in a struggle over the gun, the weapon fired and hit the other man.<\/p>\n<p>The suspects fled without taking anything.
