Witnesses say Gray and a man in a pickup, 27-year-old Lance Owen, fired shots on Bragaw Street.<\/p>\n<p>Owen drove off and was arrested near the first shooting scene.<\/p>\n<p>Police said Gray and Owen appeared to know each other and the shootings were part of a domestic dispute between two women.<\/p>\n<p>Gray was held on suspicion of weapons misconduct.
