Attendees who bring a homemade dessert will get a refund.<\/p>\n<p>The Monthly Grind is a volunteer-produced talent show held on the third Saturday of the month in Ketchikan from September through May each year. The event was founded in 1988 by Peggy Hovik, Carolyn Minor, Halli Kennoyer, and Eric Hummel.
