Anyone listed in this report is presumed innocent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assault<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 10:47 p.m. Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of an assault on the 5900 block of Churchill Way. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Drug activity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 12:03 a.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of a person driving while intoxicated on the 2200 block of Trout Street. It turned into a confidential drug investigation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fire and medical<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 On Tuesday, Capital City Fire\/Rescue responded to two fire alarms at building structures. One was activated due to a power outage and the other was set off due to burned food. CCFR also responded to six EMS calls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shoplifting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 7:32 p.m. Tuesday, a 28-year-old woman reported to JPD that an unknown man shoplifted unknown merchandise from a business on the 1700 block of Ralphs Way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 8:46 a.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of forgery and theft on the 1700 block of Douglas Highway.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vandalism <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 12:23 p.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of vandalism to a business on the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This report contains public information available to the Empire from law enforcement agencies.
