Investigation continues.<\/p>\n Child abuse\/neglect<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 11:06 p.m. Friday, JPD received a report of child abuse\/neglect in the Juneau area.<\/p>\n Domestic violence<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 10:35 a.m. Saturday, JPD arrested a 50-year-old man for domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held without bail.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 12:31 p.m. Saturday, JPD received a report of domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. Alcohol was involved. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 2:05 p.m. Saturday, JPD arrested a 34-year-old man for domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n Drunken driving<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 12:01 p.m. Saturday, JPD arrested Scott Andison, 40, for driving under the influence and driving while his license was suspended. Scott provided a sample of his breath that had an alcohol content of 0.127 percent. He was taken to LCCC and held without bail. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n Harassment<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 4:22 p.m. Thursday, the LCCC reported that on Wednesday, an inmate spit on a correctional officer from his holding cell. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n Medical assitance<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 11:30 a.m. Monday, JPD gave medical assistance in the Juneau area.<\/p>\n Misconduct involving weapons<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 11:31 a.m. Sunday, JPD arrested and released David Folletti, 39, in the 6100 block of Montana Creek Road for fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n Motor vehicle crash<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 4:31 a.m. Sunday, JPD created a case to document a motor vehicle accident in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 7:53 p.m. Sunday, JPD received a report of a hit-and-run involving an unoccupied vehicle in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.<\/p>\n Sex crime<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 5:10 p.m. Sunday, JPD received a report of a sexual assault in the Juneau area. Alcohol was involved. Confidential investigation continues.<\/p>\n Shoplifting<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 5:15 p.m. Friday, JPD received a report of shoplifting in the 100 block of Franklin Street.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 10:49 a.m. Sunday, JPD cited and released Deward McIntosh, 43, for shoplifting an item valued at approximately $10 from a local business.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 10:49 a.m. Sunday, JPD cited and released Lori Funk, 40, for shoplifting an item valued at approximately $10 from a local business.<\/p>\n Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 2:33 p.m. Saturday, a 57-year-old man reported a theft from the 1200 block of Glacier Avenue.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 4:30 p.m. Saturday, JPD received a report of theft of $30 in the 3000 block of Dimond Park Loop. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 3:55 p.m. Sunday, JPD received a report of a theft in the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 5:29 a.m. Monday, a woman reported her vehicle was stolen and then returned to her residence in the 8800 block of Glendale Street. <\/p>\n Warrant served<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 11:31 a.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Jedidia Marquardt, 39, in the 6100 block of Montana Creek Road on an outstanding $500 warrant.
