The event starts at the Twin Lakes Shelter.<\/p>\n<p>Hospice &amp; Home Care of Juneau is part of Catholic Community Service. Skilled nurses provide at-home care to end-of-life patients or people recovering from cardiac problems or a stroke.<\/p>\n<p>Registration for the event is between $20-$25 on race day. To get a discount, pre-register by 4 p.m. Friday at Catholic Community Service, Crossfit Juneau, Curves, Foggy Mountain Shop, Goals Gym, Hospice &amp; Home Care of Juneau, Nugget Alaskan Outfitter, Pavitt Health &amp; Fitness or UAS Rec Center.<\/p>\n<p>The Heart of Hospice Run is sponsored by Southeast Road Runners.
