Some residents may be without power for days.<\/p>\n<p>The borough and Red Cross are setting up areas for people who want a place to get warm. Schools are closed, and sporting events have been canceled.<\/p>\n<p>Freezers failed at a Fred Meyer grocery store, and employees loaded frozen food into carts and parked them outside.
