Confidential investigation continues.<\/p>\n Criminal trespassing<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 1:34 p.m. Tuesday, JPD arrested Tyler Leathem, 24, for criminal trespassing in the 3000 block of Dimond Park Loop.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 7:14 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a trespass in the 3400 block of Glacier Highway.<\/p>\n Driving under the influence<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 12:14 a.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of a person driving under the influence. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n Sex crime<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 3:55 p.m. Monday, JPD received a confidential report of sexual abuse of a minor in the Juneau area.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 1:25 a.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to a sexual assault in the Juneau area. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n Shoplifting<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 9:06 p.m. Monday, JPD arrested Richard Ritter Jr. in the 400 block of Whittier Street for shoplifting $13.99 worth of merchandise. He was cited and released. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 1:03 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of theft from the Breeze In store in the 2200 block of Trout Street. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 10 a.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of shoplifting in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.
