School’s back in session and so is Evening at Egan.<\/p>\n
The University of Alaska Southeast Friday evening lecture series at Egan Library starts this week with Donald J. Wuebbles, professor of atmospheric science for the University of Illinois.<\/p>\n
His presentation is titled “The National Climate Assessment: The Science and Alaska.”<\/p>\n
Like all the presentations in the series, the event starts at 7 p.m., is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n
“There’s almost always time for a Q&A at the end, which is awesome because it allows us to talk to people we otherwise wouldn’t get to interact with,” said Keni Campbell, executive assistant to the chancellor for UAS.<\/p>\n
Evening at Egan runs through Dec. 7.<\/p>\n
The presentations will be available on YouTube at www.youtube.com\/UASoutheast.<\/p>\n
