Officers found and identified the man as Ricardo Willard, 53. Next of kin was notified. No foul play is suspected. Investigation continues. Alcohol was a factor. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n<p>&#8226; At 2:49 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the report of criminal mischief in the Juneau area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vandalism<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8226; At 8:12 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 8800 block of Mallard Street to investigate the report of criminal mischief to five commercial vehicles.
