Investigation continues into trespassing and theft of money.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Burglary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 10:16 a.m. Sunday, JPD investigated a report of a residential burglary in the 7700 block of Douglas Highway.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions violation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 5:38 p.m. Saturday, JPD recevied a report of a possible domestic violence order violation in the Juneau area. Domestic violence related. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 10:44 p.m. Saturday, Michelle Ann Bennett, 50, was arrested at Sealaska Plaza and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center for violating conditions of release. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Drunken driving<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 7:45 p.m. Saturday, Cory MacDonald, 42, was arrested on Crest Street for driving while intoxicated and driving while license revoked. He provided a sample of his breath, which revealed a BRAC of 0.124 percent. He was taken to LCCC and held without bail. The vehicle was impounded.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 8:36 p.m. Saturday, James Clinton Rousseau, 48, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. He provided a sample of his breath, which revealed a BRAC of 0.249 percent. He was taken to LCCC and held on $500 bail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Harassment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 2:39 p.m. Saturday, JPD received a report of harassment in the 100 block of Main Street. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suicidal subject<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 2:55 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a suicidal subject.
